Disney 'Jersey' star, Micheal Galeota has passed away at just 31

Michael Galeota went to the hospital last week with stomach pain, but he left against doctor's advice. After his friends didn't hear from him for a couple of days, one went to check on him and found him dead in his living room on Sunday.

While the exact cause of death has not yet been determined, Michael Galeota did suffer from hypertension, high cholesterol, and diverticulitis (an inflammation of pouches in the lining of the digestive system). And authorities are saying Galeota died of natural causes.​
