According to reports from TMZ the Play Boy mansion is going to be listed for sale sometime next month.

 The 6 acre Holmby Hills estate, built in 1927 is looking for a new buyer and the owners are looking for a price from $200 million upwards.
Although there are several strings attached to acquiring this property which includes letting Hugh Hefner stay for life until he dies! Another string is that a buyer can tour any part of the house except for one bedroom which is off limits... Hef's bedroom
